Audemars Piguet House

AP House is Audemars Piguet's private, residential space where collectors are hosted rather than sold to. The London House occupies several floors in Mayfair, with a bar, dining, a lounge and four working kitchens supporting everything from a morning coffee to a full private dinner.

Our Key Contributions

We worked closely with the Audemars Piguet design and hospitality teams to develop both the front and back of house, creating a collection that felt considered, residential and completely in keeping with the character of the House.

A key part of the project was the development of bespoke pieces created specifically for AP House. These included custom teak trays and stands with leather detailing from Faisal Malik, an entirely bespoke afternoon tea service by Daniel Wester, and an extensive hand-carved wooden collection for the sushi experience, from presentation boards to chopsticks and serving pieces by Luke Hope.

Alongside these bespoke elements, we curated the wider house collection, including glassware, cutlery, cocktailware and NEOZ lighting, carefully adapting finishes, materials and colours to complement the House's distinctive palette and interiors.

Behind the scenes we equipped four kitchens across four floors, from the main production kitchen to the lighter prep and staff kitchens above and below - all pieces specified to the chefs' brief and adjusted as the team learned what the space needed in service.

AP House was never a project that finished up on opening day. The brief evolved along the way, and our role was to keep it all moving without the House ever feeling the friction - meeting every reworked piece and revisited spec with an option or a better way through. We continue to support the team on re-orders and new pieces as the hospitality programme finds its feet.

On the strength of the London House, the team came back to us for a bespoke afternoon tea service at their existing Manchester site - there's no better compliment than being asked to work together again!

Kinn Collective supported all the ideas I had and really saw it through from a simple conversation all the way to the delivery of all the items. It was amazing to see how they went far beyond my expectations and delivered on every promise, never letting us down, always having practical solutions and understanding that I was opening a restaurant under pressure. They never added, only took away my work load. I feel indebted to them, just simply brilliant people!
