Cromlix Hotel

Set in 34 acres of beautiful Scottish countryside, Cromlix is a stunning Victorian estate surrounded by curated gardens and natural woodlands, boasting it’s own onsite Chapel and lochan. The hotel was acquired by Kim and Andy Murray in 2013 and reopened in March 2023 after an extensive refurbishment. We supported newly-appointed Executive Head Chef and the Cromlix team in the opening of the hotel’s new fine dining restaurant; Cradle.

Working closely with James, we curated a selection of eye-catching tableware that would support and enhance the vision of the natured-led menu. This included ceramics, cutlery and wooden accent pieces.
Drawing inspiration from the wild, Scottish setting we reached out to artisans based in the area for the exquisite tea service and elegant table decorations, carrying the theme of celebrating the surroundings into the restaurant.

Kinn Collective also consulted with the kitchen team in order to provide essential back of house equipment that supports the operational side of the restaurant. We continue to work closely with James and the front of house
team at Cradle to provide product care, reorders and to source any additional or new items that are required to maintain the incredible standards that have been set.
