Ikoyi
Opened originally in St James’s Market and relocated to 180 The Strand in 2022, Ikoyi centres on produce at its peak and a precise, self-defined spice palette. The menu changes with availability and maturity of ingredients, and the dining room’s warm metals and stone set a focused stage for the cooking. Ikoyi holds two Michelin stars and is currently No. 15 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list.
Our Key Contributions
This project was a perfect example of creative collaboration; we worked closely with Jeremy to design an entirely bespoke collection of tableware to perfectly complement Ikoyi's innovative cuisine. As part of this collaboration, we travelled with Jeremy to Norway and worked with our friends at Odd Standard to design the Ikoyi collection, from concept to completion.
We worked closely with Jeremy to create a fully bespoke tabletop that supports the flow of service and lets the food lead. The core collection was developed with Odd Standard, featuring custom forms and finishes taken from sketch to prototype and service trial. We also commissioned bespoke pieces by Daniel Wester, and Stefan Andersson designed bowls, jugs and cups used throughout service. Palette and texture were tuned to the room so everything feels integrated; we oversaw prototyping, production and delivery, and set a straightforward re-order pathway to keep the range consistent over time.
We are honoured that this is an ongoing, evolving partnership that continues to challenge our creative capabilities and strengthen our relationship.
