Roganic London
Roganic began life as a two-year pop-up on Blandford Street (2011–2013) and returned in 2018 as a full-time restaurant running in tandem with Aulis London, Rogan’s eight-seat chef’s table and development kitchen. The concept brought the Our Farm ethos - ingredient-driven, seasonal and technique-led - to Marylebone; within ten months the restaurant received a Michelin star.
Our Key Contributions
We worked with Simon and the opening team to define a tabletop that let the produce lead. Front of house barware and bespoke service pieces were selected to echo the dining room’s clean lines and to frame the food. For back of house, we sourced practical equipment to suit a compact kitchen and fast service rhythms.
For the restaurant’s core tableware we partnered with Odd Standard, choosing profiles and finishes that are simple, striking and hard-wearing, giving chefs a neutral, characterful canvas to support their ever-changing menu. Pieces were specified for tight stacking, efficient storage and longevity in a high-turn environment.
Tea and coffee service followed a clear brief for clean contours and durability, which led us to Kinto's 'Oct' collection. Across categories we standardised codes and set a straightforward re-order path so the team could maintain the look and performance as the restaurant evolved.
