Roganic Hong Kong
Opened in February 2019 as a city-centric complement to Aulis Hong Kong, Roganic brought Simon Rogan’s farm-to-table philosophy to Causeway Bay with modern British cooking, pairings featuring natural wines and house-made ferments, guided by a low-waste mindset. It earned a Michelin star in the 2020 Guide and later became the city’s first Michelin Green Star restaurant for its sustainability practices. In February 2025, Roganic relocated to Lee Garden One with a refreshed look and an updated, more flexible sharing-style set menu - retaining both its Michelin star and Green Star in the new home.
Our Key Contributions
For this project, we focused solely on front of house. Early sessions with Simon Rogan and Oli Marlow set the brief: tactile pieces that sit comfortably against the wood interior and let the food lead. Working from plans and site images, we proposed palette, form and texture so the room reads as one.
For the core tabletop, we partnered with Jiseungmin Ceramics as the principal maker, then layered in accent pieces from Odd Standard, Alex Pole and Ginori - a balance of standout moments for key courses and practical, considered pieces that handle, stack and wear well in service.
As one of our first international openings, we coordinated timelines, specifications and documentation between makers and the client, aligning shipments and approvals so everything landed smoothly ahead of launch. Most consignments shipped direct from designers to the client; we oversaw selection, sign-off and timing to keep the process on track. We support Roganic HK with ongoing re-orders - holding specs, finishes and maker schedules so replacements drop in seamlessly.
