With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Mathew Froggatt founded Kinn Collective in 2017 with a simple ethos: to represent true artisans, designers, and heritage brands, and to curate bespoke dining sets that elevate the dining experience.
At Kinn Collective, we believe the best collaborations happen organically. Paths cross, passions align, and meaningful connections are formed, built on understanding, creativity, and trust. This is how we work: bringing together craftspeople, chefs, and visionaries who share the same dedication to excellence.
We are passionate about food, design, and craftsmanship. We understand that the texture of a plate can transform how a dish is perceived, and that the balance of a perfectly proportioned spoon can enhance every bite. For us, it’s about creating those moments that help turn a meal into a memory.
Sourcing the right pieces can be time, consuming and complex. That’s where we come in. We partner with exceptional makers to create and source unique, durable, and beautiful products that tell your story, so you can focus on what matters most.
Over the years, the brand has grown and found its place, specialising in the procurement of bespoke and operational essentials for the opening of new restaurants, hotels, and private members’ clubs.
Our clients consider us an extension of their team. With creative insight, we curate spaces where every detail a guest touches and feels is crafted into an experience.

2017
We began with just two brands and one designer – Odd Standard, Skeppshult, and Renskalla.
Our very first client? Claridge’s and Fera, where we supplied essential back-of-house equipment, tableware, and even ingredients.
2018
Mat fulfilled a long-held dream of working with Simon Rogan, designing a dining range for the opening of Roganic that perfectly reflected the restaurant’s aesthetic.
2019
We secured our first major hotel project with The Newt in Somerset, overseeing all procurement and bespoke tableware design across the property.
The same year, Mat collaborated with Simon Rogan and Odd Standard to create a bespoke tableware collection for L’Enclume.
2020
The team grew from one to two, as Laura joined Kinn Collective as Creative Director.
2021
Mat travelled to Norway to design a bespoke range for Jeremy Chan at Ikoyi.
We partnered with Ennismore on the opening of Maison Estelle, working closely with the project’s design team to meet the club’s diverse needs. Our contribution helped balance comforting sensibility with elegant design, shaping a truly luxurious environment.
2022
Our team expanded again, with Lucie joining as Business and Finance Manager, turning the duo into a trio.
We also designed an exclusive bone china range and led all procurement for The Twenty Two in Grosvenor Square.
2023
We secured procurement for Estelle Manor and expanded our portfolio to over twenty exclusive designers and luxury brands.
2024
Our biggest project to date: overseeing procurement and design development for Taymouth Castle with Discovery Land, spanning seven restaurants, 23 suites, multiple bars, a spa and gym, and over 100 exclusive homes.
2025
We are working on The Chancery Rosewood opening, alongside the full procurement and bespoke ranges for the launch of The Britannic Explorer, Belmond’s new luxury train.
This year also marks our full rebrand and the launch of our new website, created with our friends at GP Works.
2025
Kinn Collective is fully rebranded with a new website and brand identity launch by our friend at GP
